David Scheler, a graduate of University of Wisconsin at Madison in philosophy. He was a jewelry designer for over 15 years. Other interests include gardening, fishing and music. Publications in which his poems appear include Avocet, Comstock Review, Main Street Rag, Ranfurly Review (UK), and Reed. A poetry chapbook, Casting For Meteors, is forthcoming from Finishing Line Press in 2011. He has reacquainted himself with the French language and has translated over 100 of his poems into French
