You began with family,
mother, father, two sisters,
one brother.
And now, you're the father,
and you've a wife, two
daughters, two sons.
In between,
one kind of love
became another
and then that other
became the love
you began with.
From time to time,
you recall two lovers,
by the lake,
in the back seat of the car.
Their names elude you.
